These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Artyssa website, products and services. By using the website, creating an account, submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. A person under the applicable age of majority may use the website only through a parent or lawful guardian who accepts responsibility for the use and order
Artyssa is an artisan-gifting brand that curates products for personal, wedding, festive, corporate and bulk gifting. Artyssa may sell stocked products, source products through artisans or suppliers, and coordinate selected packaging, messaging, branding or customisation subject to feasibility.
Artyssa aims to present product descriptions, images, measurements, materials and care information accurately. Screen settings and photography may affect colour perception. Artisan-made and hand finished products may vary slightly in texture, marks, grain, tone, polish or dimensions. Such variation is not automatically a defect where the product remains consistent with its description, stated use and overall quality standard. Material composition, food/water suitability, coatings, capacity and other technical claims apply only where specifically stated and verified on the product page or written order confirmation.
Products, quantities and prices may change without notice before an order is confirmed. Displaying a product does not guarantee availability. Prices will be shown in the applicable currency and may include or exclude taxes as stated at checkout or in the quotation.
Artyssa may correct genuine typographical, pricing or technical errors. If an error affects a confirmed order, Artyssa will contact you and provide the available lawful options, including reconfirmation or cancellation/refund where appropriate
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Artyssa may accept or decline an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or inability to meet a custom/bulk requirement. A standard website order is accepted when Artyssa sends an order confirmation after successful payment.
A custom, sourced, corporate or bulk order is accepted only when the final written quotation/order document, product, quantity, price, timeline, specifications and payment terms are approved by both parties.
Payments are processed through available payment methods and authorised service providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method. Additional payment-provider terms may apply. Artyssa does not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.
You are responsible for the accuracy, spelling and legality of names, addresses, messages, logos, artwork and other content supplied for an order. Artyssa may refuse content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, abusive, misleading or operationally unsuitable.
Minor placement, colour or production differences may occur in customised packaging or print
Contact Artyssa if tracking shows an unusual delay or delivery that you did not receive. Artyssa will coordinate with the courier and share the available resolution.
Bulk and sourced orders are subject to minimum quantities, capacity, sample approval, availability, production/procurement lead time, packaging, delivery plan and payment terms. Artyssa will not be responsible for a customer-caused delay, including late approvals, incomplete address data, artwork changes or delayed payment.
Shipping is governed by the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Responsibility for the product passes as required by applicable law and the confirmed delivery arrangement. Please inspect deliveries promptly and report issues under the Return, Replacement and Refund Policy
